I had lots of fun painting this one, and is a much more gothic feel to it. The gargoyle was lots of fun to paint. The girl I spent way too much time getting the meloncholy expression on her face right but hopefully you get the mood coming through here.

The rain was a very simple Photoshop effect. It's amazing how many PS rain tutorials are out there.

I painted this while reading "The Fall of the House of Usher" and the character here was somewhat inspired by the woman in the story.
